How to use Message

1.Click "Message" button, we will see a chat window pops up.

2.Scroll the list on the left, you can select any customer to communicate if you have enough SMS balance
3.If you don't have enough SMS balance, you need to click "buy some"
3.1 There are three packages to choose from, you can buy them according to your needs, including 100 SMS $10 ,300 SMS $20 and 500 SMS $30.
3.2 You only need to enter the credit card number information, click the "pay" button to complete the payment
4.Check the Remaining SMS balance
Click on the avatar and find the "Payment&Billing" option
Click the "Billing" menu, and you'll find the Remaining SMS balance there
