How to use OnlinePaying

OnlinePaying allows you to collect card payments from all over the world. You will be able to use OnlinePaying when check out an appointment, send online invoice or enable prepay in OnlineBooking.

GroomNow cooperates with Stripe to provide better payments experience for pet grooming business.

Visit Online Payments Page, or go to the right-top area, click your avatar, then click Payments&Billing.

You will see the introduction page of OnlinePaying. By clicking "Connect with Stripe", Stripe will handle your onborading process and setup your connected account with stripe. After that, you will be able to use OnlinePaying!

Also, you can visit your balance and pay-out process at Stripe's dashboard.

After you have connected your bank account with stripe, you will have 3 ways to collect payments.

Visit appointments page

Choose the appointment you need to check out, and click "Check out".

Fill discounts, tax and tips.

Finally, choose payment methods, and you can choose "Credit Card online".

Then grab all the card information and click "Take payment".

Balance will directly deposit into your connected stripe account, and pay out daily.

Finally, choose payment methods, and you can choose "Online invoice", and type receivers' emails.

GroomNow will send an online invoice email to those receivers on behalf of you, which contains a payment link. Your customers can click and pay.

Balance will directly deposit into your connected stripe account, and pay out daily.

When your customer visit your OnlineBooking page, he/she can choose book with paying or without paying.

Also, you can switch on the "Auto-accept if pre-paid" at setting page of OnlineBooking.

And all pre-paid OnlineBooking appointments will be accepted automatically.
